Silicon Ingot inspection for voids or micro and macro cracks inclusions along with other defects all lead to high process efficiency of use of the silicon ingots and how they are processed into the raw silicon wafers whilst, Silicon PV cell micro crack, chipping and saw mark inspection and surface contaminant inspection are required to ensure highest quality and efficient and reliable units for use in solar panel manufacture. Adaptive Lighting’s illumination systems in the SWIR wavelength region can be utilised due to their extremely high power and advanced optical beam profiles ensuring extremely high throughput of inspection of products and reliable and accurate inspection results. These can be delivered to our customer as a standard product or with configurations tailored to your specific requirements.
