Adaptive Lighting has the capabilities to design, manufacture and optimize entire optical systems. We utilise optical ray tracing simulation software to validate a myriad of system parameters including optical beam profiles, radiant intensity distributions, optical variability, mechanical accuracy and light source variability, each in turn directly influence total system performance. In addition to optical components specification we combine optical mounting fixtures and mechanical components to provide a complete opto-mechanical assembly design.
