IntelliCure Ultra

The IntelliCure Ultra UVLED Spotcure system utilizes technologically advanced Ultra High Brightness UVLED chip on board technology for advanced optical and thermal performance. This sophisticated technology allows intensities up to 250W/cm2 to be achieved and has been coupled with integrated optical sensors allowing intelligent closed loop control of the individual wands. This represents a breakthrough in optimal UV curing. Each UVLED wand emits narrowband UV light between 275nm and 425nm* – based on customers requirements. Advanced I/O and Ethernet control for increased functionality and integration options. A maximum of six UVLED wands can be connected to the control unit allowing for accurate and powerful spot curing in multiple cure areas, all of which are controlled from the IntelliCure controller module via a central GUI.
