FloodCure Z2

FloodCure Z2 is designed using Ultra High Brightness Light Emitting Diode (UHB LED) technology. The FloodCure Z2 consists of 240 UHB LEDs creating a large uniform curing area of 200mm x 200mm. Each precision engineered module features advanced thermal management, precise electronic control, optical sensing technology with closed loop control, zonal array control and robust machined Aluminium 6061 T6 housings. The FloodCure Z2 system is designed using narrow emitting band LEDs in the standard wavelength range of 265nm to 425nm. These peak wavelengths are available individually, or combined, to have multiple peaks in the spectrum (wavelengths >435nm available on request). The system can be controlled via Ethernet which utilises an intuitive Graphic User Interface (GUI). This GUI is used to control independent zones, thereby allowing the user to adjust the size and cure time of each area via 16 channel control. The light can also be used without Ethernet connection by triggering the cure cycle with an external switch.

Note: Adaptive Lighting’s RadSense Touch radiometer is highly recommended as a vital accompaniment to this unit.
