IR Line Light

Adaptive Lighting Ltd’s Infra Red Line Light (IRLL) is a precisely engineered illumination system designed to produce an ultra high intensity, uniform and narrow beam of illumination making it ideal for IR line scan applications. IRLL source is comprised of a robust machined anodised aluminium mechanical unit with integrated control electronics for precise driving and monitoring of the 480 LEDs via Ethernet and a logical Graphic User Interface (GUI). It can also be controlled by external strobe and analogue input for intensity control. The 480 ultra high density chip on board IR LED line array gives the best in class uniformity and intensity for very narrow line widths. Maximum peak irradiance of the IRLL makes it perfect for high speed applications. Various optical configurations are available for specific beam widths and intensity distributions. A wide range of IR wavelengths (700nm to 3000nm – including 1050nm and 1300nm) are available enabling precise inspection in applications like silicon wafer, ingot and solar cell inspection.
