InFiber SWIR

Adaptive Lighting Ltd’s InFiber system has been developed to interface to Fibre Optic Bundle solutions but to bring the many advantages of LED technology to these lighting installations. InFiber Illumination source is designed using state of the art chip on board LED technology which guarantees best in class optical Intensity, thermal performance, efficiency and lifetime. Adaptive Lighting zoned circular LED array provides maximum uniformity across all fiber bundle sizes. The proprietary Graphic User Interface (GUI) allows the user to control the intensity of the LED light source zones and to monitor the optical and electrical parameters of the light source. InFiber utilises closed loop optical feedback technology to constantly monitor the unit’s optical output and thereby ensuring its stability and repeatability. InFiber illumination systems can be interfaced to a machine PLC or PC by Ethernet or by Analogue I/O to allow real-time system monitoring and control. Each precisely engineered module features ultra high efficiency Chip on Board LEDs, advanced air cooled thermal management and robust anodised Aluminium 6061 T6 housings. The InFiber products designed for use within the SWIR spectrum utilise narrow emitting band LEDs in the wavelength range of 700nm to 1650nm, or can incorporate a mixture of wavelengths as per the specific application requirements.
