MicroSpect
Adaptive Lighting Ltd’s MicroSpect UVA & White LED Dual Inspection light is a novel Inspection lighting System which allows advanced optical inspection of various Fluorescing materials used in many assembly environments. LEDs used in the MicroSpect system offer huge benefits in higher signal-to-noise ratio of the fluorescing material. This allows greater contrast from the bond line or coated area, which leads to increased throughput and lower errors in the visual inspection. The MicroSpect Inspection Light can be supplied in a range of illuminating geometry’s including Ring Light and Spot light options – all of which use Ultra High Brightness LEDs and precision optics to produce bright, even illumination for applications needs.
