UV Curing
UV curing is the process by which Ultra Violet (UV) light is used to irradiate photo curable adhesives, which are applied to substrates, to initiate a photochemical reaction (polymerization) and consequently the hardening of the adhesive and thereby the bonding of the substrates. The amount (dose) of Ultra Violet light applied to the adhesive is critical for this process to occur correctly. All of our UV products have proprietary control software allowing this control to be carried out precisely. The RadSense and RadSense Touch Radiometers allow our UV curing systems to be validated.
